Overview
2 years into the project, documentation for Liquid+ was becoming a point of friction for the team, creating operational inefficiencies, decreased productivity, and increasing development time and costs.
I led the redesign of the entire infrastructure and processes, working closely with the team to uncover the problems they were facing and develop a solution that was optimized for their way of working.
